November is a month where many people take the extra effort to express their gratitude for the many blessings in their life. There are so many people we interact with throughout the year whom we take for granted. Some never know how much you appreciate them and what they have done for you. As the month winds down, I wanted to stop and recognize someone who has been a true supporter of Infinity Coaching, Inc. She has quietly provided assistance in the background but has been an important part in the growth of the business. I want to take a moment to introduce you to Danielle Pope. She is the owner of Pope Consulting, LLC, an Administrative Support consulting firm.
Danielle has published a monthly newsletter entitled PASSION and is currently working on publishing a quarterly magazine. She recently released the e-book Johnercise, Putting Your Throne Room To Use. I was referred to Danielle about four years ago to assist with putting my newsletter, Command Your World, together. I had been talking a lot about it, had all the content, but I just wasn’t taking action. What was holding me back? Technology.
Know your strengths and weaknesses
As a business owner, we have to know our strengths and weaknesses. Technology was and still is my weakness. I wanted to focus on the pieces I enjoyed, coaching and producing content. Then I met Danielle. Danielle was able to take my content, format it and create an awesome newsletter. But it didn’t stop there. I would quickly learn how valuable her administrative skills are.
Danielle not only formatted and edited the newsletter, but she also updated my mailing lists, edited the changes to my website and other material I was writing. Her turn around time was quick and she kept me on schedule for all projects we were working on. If she didn’t hear from me for a while, she followed up to see when I would be producing the next newsletter. Her assistance freed me up to work on things I needed to focus on to grow my business.
